This page is a plain-English starting point written to cover the enquiry form on this site. It is not legal advice. Placeholders in square brackets must be completed, and the whole notice checked by a suitably qualified adviser, before the site goes live.
Who is collecting the information
This website is operated by Baseline Digital Marketing (“we”, “us”). What information we collect
We collect only what you type into the Launch Readiness Review form: your name, email address, phone number, company or project name, your role, and details about the proposed club — its name, location, number of courts, type, planning stage, expected opening date, any existing website, and anything you choose to write in the free-text field. We also record which consent boxes you ticked.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking on this site, and we do not set any non-essential cookies.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, arrange and prepare for your Launch Readiness Review, and to follow up on that conversation. Preparation may include looking at publicly available information about your project, such as your planning application or existing website.
Our lawful basis for this is your consent, which you give by ticking the contact consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Marketing is separate
The optional marketing consent box is entirely separate. If you leave it unticked we will only contact you about your review. If you tick it, we may send occasional insights about launching and growing a padel club, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email or by emailing us.
How submissions are processed
This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as a processor on our behalf and may store data outside the United Kingdom. Submissions are also forwarded to our email inbox so that we can reply.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for[retention period, e.g. 24 months]from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted, unless we have entered into a contract with you and need to keep records for longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies
This site sets no non-essential cookies, which is why you are not being asked to accept any. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future we will update this notice and introduce a consent mechanism first.[Confirm before launch.]
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email john@baselinemarketing.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
